There

Not all roofs need replacement. Sometimes

repair work.
- Re-Roofing:
If there are no problems with your existing
roof and only the shingles need replacement,

install a new layer
of roofing over the
preexisting single
layer.
- Stripping and Re-Laying Roof:
This involves stripping your roof down to
wood. We
inspect the entire deck for wood damage. Then
we install a 36 inch rubber membrane to
the edges of your roof and a 15 pound felt
paper to the entire deck.
We will install
all new drip edge to give a nice finish to
the roof’s edges. We
replace all flashing around vent pipes. We
install a ridge vent to the peak of the roof.
This
allows ventilation to your attic and adds
longevity to the lifetime of the shingle.
We
then add the 30-year GAF Timberline Architectural
Shingle which increases the aesthetic value
of your home.
